An Nam Quan began with a simple dream, to bring the warmth, flavour, and heart of Vietnamese cooking to Adelaide.

Founded by Winnie Vuong, the restaurant was inspired by her family’s deep love for food and the joy of sharing it with others. What started as Snazzi Saigon has since grown into An Nam Quan, a space where authentic Vietnamese flavours meet family tradition, and every meal feels like coming home.

For Winnie, cooking has always been about connection. Every bowl of Phở and every Bánh Mì carries a piece of her family’s story, the same recipes her parents made growing up, recreated with care and respect for tradition.

“Our food is made from the heart,” says Winnie. “It’s how we share a little piece of our family and Vietnamese culture with everyone who walks through the door.”

At An Nam Quan, food is more than a dish, it’s a memory. It’s the laughter shared over a steaming bowl of Phở, the comfort of familiar flavours, and the feeling of being truly welcomed.
